When we were looking to buy our house, we wanted a website that provided us with easy to understand information about the value of homes. The website should be easy to use and not require us registering just find out the value of a few houses. The information should show us in an easy to read format the value of houses on the streets and subdivisions that held our interest.

Well we could not find that site so we decided to build it. House Almanac was created to provide home owners and prospective home owners with the information they need to make informed decisions. We hope you find our site useful.
